What is Bitter Kola?
Bitter kola also known as Garcinia kola, is a flowering plant found mostly in the tropical rain forest region of Central and West Africa. The nut comes from the evergreen kola tree, which is found in the rainforests of Africa. Inside the tree’s star-shaped fruits are white shells, which contain the seeds or kola nuts. Bitter kola contains many nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, proteins, and carbohydrates in different quantities.
